Board above the water,
silence and a light breeze
Foiling is when the board rises on a wing under the water and you fly in total silence. For any wind, any age, a skill for years to come.
A new level of sensation
Light wind is your friend
A foil rides from 3–4 m/s. The days when other kiters sit on the beach are your best sessions.
Total silence
The board doesn't slap the water. Only the whistle of the wind and the hum of the mast. A meditative ride.
A new kind of balance
Foiling is like learning to ride a bike — nothing makes sense until you ride. Then it stays with you for life.
Path to universality
Kite-foil, wing-foil, SUP-foil, downwind — they all share one base. Learn it once, ride everywhere.

We pick wing area, mast length and board to match your weight, level and the day's wind.
You learn to control height: touch the water, then rise again. The bridge to steady flight.
The first 10–20 seconds of pure flight above the water. A feeling of silence and weightlessness.
Foil jibes, jumps, upwind in light wind. This is where the real fun starts.

FAQ
Can I start with foiling without kite or wing experience?
Yes — via SUP-foil behind a boat. It's pure foiling with no sail involved, and many students begin this way. From there, kite- or wing-foiling is easier.
Is it dangerous?
With the right technique and protection — no. We work in a helmet and impact vest, start slow and learn to fall safely. A rescue boat is always nearby.
How many hours to fly with confidence?
Kiters: 4–8 hours to first steady flights. SUP-foilers: 6–10 hours. It depends on weight, experience and wind quality during your sessions.
What gear do I need to buy?
Nothing during lessons — we have our own foil park. Once you ride confidently, we'll help you pick a kit for your goals at the Core Kites shop.
